This 12-week small group wellbeing programme is an invitation to gently come back to basics and reconnect with what truly supports you. Meeting fortnightly in person, we’ll explore simple, sustainable ways to create balance across all areas of your life — from habits and movement to stress, sleep, nourishment and meaningful connection. This isn’t about quick fixes, fad diets or pushing your body harder. It’s about working with your body, discovering what lights you up, and cultivating greater ease, vitality and wellbeing in a way that feels realistic, supportive and lasting.

Nourishing Your Body and Mind – Rediscover the joy of nourishing food for body and mind
