Together, we simplify what can feel overwhelming, bring clarity to what’s going on beneath the surface, and focus on small, meaningful changes that feel right for you.

  • 1 × 90-minute discovery session

The Vitality Transformation
(6 Months)

For those who would like more space, support, and guidance to go deeper.

This is a steady, supported journey — where we build on what we’ve started, navigate real-life challenges as they arise, and gently strengthen new ways of being so they feel natural and sustainable.

With more time, there’s less pressure… and more opportunity for lasting change.

If you’ve completed the Wellbeing Reset (12 weeks) and would like to continue, the cost of your initial program can be credited toward this package.

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Would value ongoing support and accountability

  • Prefer a slower, more supported approach to change

  • Notice patterns that take time and consistency to shift

  • Want to continue building on your progress with guidance

Clarity Session (90 minutes)

A focused space to pause, reflect, and move forward.

If you’re feeling unsure, stuck, or at a bit of a crossroads, this session offers the space and guidance to gain clarity on what’s really going on and what your next steps could look like.

Together, we gently explore where you’re at, what’s been feeling challenging, and what you truly need right now.

From there, we bring things into focus so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and a way forward that feels realistic and aligned with you.

In this session, we may:

  • Explore what’s been feeling stuck or out of balance

  • Uncover what may be sitting beneath the surface

  • Clarify what you want moving forward

  • Identify simple, supportive next steps

Investment: $130 NZD

This session can also be combined with a Reiki session for a deeper “pause and reset” experience.

A simple, supportive starting point and often the first step toward feeling clearer, calmer, and more like yourself again.

Group Wellbeing Programs

These small group programs explore the foundations of health in a practical and supportive environment.

Across a series of 5 guided sessions, we take a simple, back-to-basics approach to wellbeing — focusing on the lifestyle foundations that support long-term health, energy and vitality.

Each session includes practical insights, reflection and simple tools you can apply in your own life.

Groups are kept small (around 6–10 people) to create a relaxed and welcoming space. You’re always welcome to participate at your own pace — listening and reflecting is just as valuable as sharing.
